Here is a simple, yet delicious slow-cook meal.
Ingredients:
- Thinly sliced chicken breast
- Pesto
- Chicken broth
- Butter
- Pasta and/or vegetables
Place thinly sliced chicken breast into the crock-pot. Evenly spread pesto sauce on each chicken breast. Add 1 cup of chicken broth and 2 tablespoons butter into the crock-pot. Cook on high for 4-hours.
Place on low and cook pasta and/or veggies as a side dish.
