I recently read that Kelly Osbourne has "planking" competitions with her friends and boasts seven-minutes as her best yet. I know what you are thinking? Kelly Obsbourne can plank? Well, have you seen her lately? She looks great!
At any rate, I found a calendar to help encourage planking and planking progression. My goal? To follow this for one-month. Let's see if I can make it to four-minutes. I might get a hernia while trying, but if Kelly can do it...
