Tasty, Tasty

Eating healthy can actually be yummy! Case in point: check out our dinners from Tuesday and today!
Meal 1 - Ingredients:
  • Ground turkey
  • Quinoa
  • White onion
  • Bell peppers
  • Spinach
  • Salt and pepper
 Meal 2 - Ingredients:
  • Chicken breast with spices (grilled)
  • Cucumbers and tomatoes from garden
  • Leafy greens
 Simple, nutritious and good!
