What's New Wednesday: Barre Class

I finally tried the barre fad. This is a 60-minute, full body workout combining ballet, Pilates, yoga and strength moves. The first class is $10. After that, I recommend purchasing a 5 or 10 class package. Check it out: Barre Body in Pacific Beach.
 
You do not sweat but you definitely shake. Your legs feel like jello after the workout, toning muscles you didn't know you have. I will definitely go back to tone my legs and glutes for the upcoming spring and summer months.
