Tasty Tuesday: Artichoke Dip

For the Superbowl (oh, sorry big game...or rather Seahawks' blowout...or a very bad day for Manning), my hubby whipped up a delicious batch of spinach artichoke dip. While I'm not allowed to disclose his secret weapon, I have permission to list the main ingredients.

Ingredients

1 (10-ounce) package frozen chopped spinach
2 (13 3/4-ounce) cans artichoke hearts
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
2 tbsp minced garlic
1 cup freshly grated Parmesan
1 cup shredded Italian cheeses mix
1 tbsp salt
1/4 bag of pearl onions

Directions

Pre-heat the spinach and pearl onions in pan on stove and then add to crock pot on low heat. Drain the artichoke hearts and add to crock pot.

Combine all the ingredients except the cheese in a large bowl. Stir well. Scrape into crock pot and sprinkle the cheese on top. Keep on low for 2-hours minutes. Serve with bagel chips, Frito chips, crackers or tortilla chips.
